The aim of post graduate course is directed towards academic orientation of students, to train them to become efficient teachers, successful medical practitioners and competent research workers in their respective fields of specialization in Homoeopathy.

ELIGIBILITY:

Regular Candidates
No candidate shall be admitted to M.D. (Hom.) course unless he/she possesses the degree of

(a)

Bachelor of Homoeopathy Medicine and Surgery ( BHMS - Direct Degree) / or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the  Second schedule to the Homoeopathy included in the second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act., 1973 (59 of 1973).

(b)

Bachelor of  Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS- Graded Degree)/or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central  Council Act., 1973 (59 to 1973).

Criteria for Admission:

If the applications are more than double the seats in each specialty, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University will conduct the Entrance Test. Otherwise graduation merit would be taken for admission in M.D. (Homoeopathy).

  Distribution of Seats:
 
 

The M.D. ( Homoeopathy) Courses shall have three subjects i.e.

 

(i)

Organon of Medicine & Homoeopathic Philosophy.
 

(ii)

Materia Medica and
 

(iii)

Repertory.
